How to get help from Bootstrap Built

Chat is the request. Add-a-client, please-fix, and blocked orders become tickets and stay open.

Bootstrap Built supports the tools we've built for you. The fastest way to get help is to start a chat right where the problem happened. The support window already knows who you are and what you were doing.

This chat is the request

Describing the problem here files it. You do not need to ask us to send a ticket, write a separate report, or paste a template. If you asked, it is already in our queue.

What always becomes a ticket

These are never treated as answered just because someone explained how to request them:

  • Add a client, add SKU lookup, or enable something that is missing

  • Change the form, hide a section, or change how an order routes

  • Fix this going forward, even if you found a workaround for today

  • An order is blocked, urgent, or you cannot submit

A workaround (submitting by hand, skipping a field, trying again later) does not close the request. The assistant files a ticket, hands it to a teammate, and leaves it open. It does not mark the chat resolved.

What happens when you ask

  1. You describe the problem in this chat.

  2. If it is a how-to we can answer on the spot, you get that answer.

  3. If it is a ticket (see above), the assistant files it with the details you already gave. You do not send it a second time.

  4. A support engineer picks it up. You'll get a reply. You don't need to follow up to keep it moving.

  5. Anything urgent goes straight to Josh.

If you can't work at all

Say so plainly: this is blocking me, or I can't submit orders. That routes differently and skips the queue.

What we don't handle here

Questions about your own Monday.com account, billing, or software we didn't build for you. We'll point you in the right direction, but we can't fix those.
